Damaged my vents - punched huge holes that they just taped up afterwards. Shady practices. Caveat emptor.

Modern Purair did a great job. They were very respective of the fact I had two cats. They followed up with pictures so I could see how clean it was. They answered all my questions. I was happy with the service and would have the clean my duct and furnace again,

Rory and partner did a fantastic job cleaning our vents and ducts. Left a clean worksite and went above the expected level of service. Appreciated being a touch earlier than stated (i.e., on time) and did everything thoroughly and efficiently. Thanks guys for a job very well done.

Levi made the drive from Airdrie to Three Hills today on slushy highways, and let us know exactly when to expect him. He walked me through the procedures for cleaning both our furnace and ducts; and logged his progress in his reports (Which he shared) as he worked. I am very pleased with the results, not only of his work but his rapport. Excellent work and I will definitely recommend Modern Purair to friends and neighbours!

Levi and helper cleaned my up/down duplex with side by side furnaces. Grills removed & reinstalled by myself. They were in and out in 2 hrs and cost $483 +tax.

Shane and Rory did the duct cleaning and the aeroseal.

They explained everything pretty well and were friendly and thorough.

I got a little bit of a discount due to a mixup. Can't argue with the work done, they even showed the dust that was taken out of the ducts.

The aeroseal is amazing. Much better airflow in my upstairs vents. I would recommend to everyone, even though it is slightly expensive. But apparently it might pay for itself fairly quickly.

Deducted one star because prices are slightly higher than elsewhere. I don't know if you actually get more or better quality for the higher price.

We had the cleaning done yesterday. Darryl who did our furnace, duct and dryer cleaning is a very polite, respectful and professional guy. He discussed how he will proceed with the work. Showed us how much dirt was caught from the cleaning. Good job! They use high tech machines.
