Gitano was quick to provide a quote to replace our 30+ year old roof. The roof replacement went very well and looks beautiful. I would have hoped for the response on roof replacement to be a little quicker. I understand there were things that were out of their control, but at least letting the customer know ahead of time would have saved some frustration. There was also some miscommunication as I requested some extra work to be done in addition to the roof. They wanted to help, but I was thinking it was Gitano that would be handling it. I would have appreciated them telling me upfront that they don't do eaves and downspout replacement from the start. A little communication would have saved from the frustration. If I had to rate the roof replacement by itself from beginning to end, definitely a 10/10!

I am extremely thrilled by the work that was done by Thomas. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the home inspection and gave us advise on things to improve. He explained everything in detail. Also, has a great sense of humor and very personable. Will definitely recommend him to anyone that required a home inspection. Definitely will use again.
