We hired Arash and company to do a a major reno of our entire house with addition of new bathrooms and reconfiguration of all the rooms about 8 years ago. They were extremely professional right from the get go. A perfect execution with a one stop shop for planning, design and architecture while keeping our requirements in focus from start to end. Communication was key during the overall renovation and they were cognizant of our tight timelines. We loved their design and the quality of workmanship as it has successfully stood the time test after all these years. We have not had any issues with their work which speaks a lot about the quality of work. Compliments from friends and family haven't stopped even after all these years. Not only we would use their services again but we have already recommended them to several friends. They are simply awesome!

Kitchen sink was blocked so I put in a call to Reliance for service and was scheduled to a Plumber #1 on the morning of May 27th. He tried the plunger and a machine to remove debris (not sure what it is called) with no luck. He then quickly went downstairs to the basement and advised this is a big job and the pipes need to be exposed. As common sense I questioned this advise as it seemed unnecessary to break the ceiling to unclog the drain and asked about using some other method to suck/blow the debris. With absolute confidence he advised this is the only way the drain will be unclogged which he documented in his notes. He advised to either get a contractor or do it myself but pipes need to be exposed in the basement for drain to be unclogged - there is NO other way. He seemed very rushed and quick to make a judgement and leave. Due to little kids at home I need the kitchen functioning. With help I open the ceiling to expose the pipes. Then I call Reliance to setup a service call. Plumber #2 shows up in the promised window in the afternoon. He accesses the situation and the FIRST thing he mentions that it was unnecessary to expose the pipes opening them in the basement would make a mess in the basement! He tries to unclog the drain for a few minutes. Then he proceeds to get the vacuum cleaner from the truck. He starts vacuuming the gunk out of the drain a few times and then tries to run the water to see if the water still clogs. No more clog! He emphasized that it was ill-advised and unnecessary to break the ceiling to expose the pipes and vacuum did the job. Customer service was sympathetic and quickly passed my case to Legal (Linda). She repeatedly asked me to get a quote for repair work which I finally got to them ($2650 for Drywall and Paint). No response from her for over 6 weeks. After several calls and VMs she said it would take another 2 weeks to review. The same day she quietly sent a DENY letter with absolutely NO explanation. It is so easy to a corporation to dismiss their paying Clients without any repercussions. This needs to be known to the public. I've filed a BBB report, publicized on Social Media as well as their CEO. Next step is Small Claims Court.

We had reached out to at least 10+ companies to give us a quote on a big project. Dmitri and co. stood out not only in price but also professionalism. Given the big nature of the project it did take over 7 weeks for the windows to be ready. Couple of days before installation their contractor came in to do a cut-out for new window placement. 2 days later the rest of the crew was on site with beautiful new custom windows. The new windows are a piece of art and workmanship. The house did get a bit dusty but that is expected in a project of this nature. The crew was polite and professional and they cleaned up really well. Thanks guys - I've already recommended your services and will keep doing so!

I have never seen someone smile this big at 8:30 AM on a Saturday! I knew things were going to be fine. Dinko and his crew handled the job with utmost professionalism and regard. The stuff was packed, transported and delivered without a hitch. The crew worked hard to complete the move within estimated time. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon - but if I do, I will only call Dinko for the job. Highly recommended - keep up the good work!

We had interviewed several contractors before starting our major renovation project. Richard stood out due to the professionalism and due diligence he brought to the table. Our project was a re-haul of 3 bathrooms with services required for plumbing, roofing, electrical, vanities, tiles, floors et al. Richard was one stop shop. He was knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, efficient, skilled and reverential. He managed his staff and other contractors really well which gave us peace of mind. We were able to leave our house in his hands without any worries. Richard delivered exceptionally well done bathrooms with top notch quality. He made sure to revisit to fix any small issues that we had. We have already recommended Richard to friends and family and would unhesitatingly keep doing so. We just finished one year post renovations and our bathrooms are still focal points of attraction in the house. I wish Richard and Jennifer all the very best in professional and personal life!

Extremely unprofessional, rude and unskilled service. Found out the leak by cutting the ceiling but flatly refused to put it back until paid more. When called back Fred (owner and son) yelled profanities telling us not to ever call back again. Will never use them or recommend them ever again!
