We called Niall to rebuild our stairs to the basement, as well as add a post and railing. We also asked if he could put in new trim throughout, and install a new door to the cold room. He was quick to respond and provide a quote. He estimated he would be able to start the project in mid-February, which he did as promised. His team worked diligently to finish in just 3 days. With other projects and contractors, we have dealt with poor communication, delays due to poor project management, dismissive attitudes etc. We were pleased with Carpentry At Its Best, and would definitely recommend Niall and his team because of their professional communication, their accurate timelines, friendly manner, and quality of their work.

We got competitive quotes from various door and window installation companies and ended up choosing Galaxy Windows for their professionalism, quality of work, and customer service. We dealt mainly with Alex (sales), a different Alex from their office, and the installer (did not have a chance to get his name). All were pleasant to deal with and did a great job in helping us achieve what we wanted. We also ran into a somewhat major issue that they promptly fixed without hassle - this is a huge plus IMO and a sign of a company that values their work and reputation. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends for window and door work!

It was great to work with Leon on our cabling job for our renovation. Needed to have some coaxial and cat6 fished throughout the house for both a finished upstairs and unfinished basement. Laid out my plans for him, which he looked at and made recommendations, and brought the plans to start the work on the day agreed upon. Discussed any issues he found, we worked through them, and got the job completed to our satisfaction. Great experience working with him and wouldn't hesitate to use him for future jobs and as a recommendations to friends and family. Thanks again Leon!

We dealt with Joseph and Mitra for our custom bathroom vanity. They were reasonably priced, had good communication throughout the process, provided quality craftsmanship, and are very nice people. Price was also reasonable. Easy to recommend for projects!

Tom was great - showed up early to inspect the outside of our house, did his own run-through of the inside of the house, then walked us through the house to tell us what he found. Very personable, professional, and thorough. Easy to recommend!

The Shed Installer Guys were great, professional, and communicated with us well. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend, they do great work.
