We phoned Enercare about a broken exhaust pipe on our water heater. They immediately pulled up our file and assessed the problem. Determined the age of the water heater and offered to replace it. Arranged an installation within days. Josh and Brandon, the installers, called to remind us of appointment, called when they were within 30 minutes of arrival and worked quickly and efficiently. Made sure that the area was clean when they left. We have always had excellent service with Enercare.

Michael Schmidt was referred to us to check our basement for mold. We then decided to conduct tests in other areas of the house. Michael replied to our request immediately. He explained what the procedures and tests would be and set up an appointment. He was very thorough during the inspection. The test results followed quickly. Thankfully, no mold. He made suggestions on how to keep water from entering house and gave other suggestions on how to improve air quality. I highly recommend this company.

A cancellation came up and they called to come earlier. Jamal arrived on time and immediately went to work. We solved a problem with the outdoor electrical outlets by running extension through kitchen. Jamal did a thorough job cleaning the unit and it looks brand new. The work site was all clean when he left. We have been using this company for several years and highly recommend it.

We had Finer Edge paint the interior and exterior of our house 8 years ago and were very happy with the job. We called them again this year to paint the exterior. They are very professional, arrive on time, clean up each day and at end of job. They found and replaced rotten wood. The painting job itself was excellent - no sloppy spills on windows, brick, etc. We are really pleased with their work and would highly recommend them. One of the men had been on the original job 8 years ago and we remembered each other. It was nice to be able to go out and trust the people working for you.
