We needed our basement windows replaced. We called around and were given various quotes from other companies. The quotes were outlandish because this was considered a "small job". Windows by Installer were very reasonable and courteous. We will be calling on them when we need additional windows replaced. Thank you!!

We had a horrible leak that was getting worse. We called Sam and he came right over to assess. It didn't take him long to find the source of the leak and he provided photos to show us. After calling around to roofers (some who charged just to take a look while Sam did a free consult AND provided photos) we called him back. He came on a Sunday and fixed the problem.
