Kaayla arrived on time and brought all of her equipment into our unit with care. She explained the process briefly and got right to work. I was working from home and, while there was sound from some of the equipment for a short while, for the most part, it was a very quiet process. While it was a full day's work, since we have a smaller shower, she was able to fit in cleaning and recaulking around our sink as well. She gave me a great walkthrough of how she approaches caulking and the various tools to get it looking just right. Most importantly, she gave simple tips for maintaining a clean, mold-free shower. I would happily recommend Kaayla to anyone who needs grout cleaning and caulking replacement.

I called Peter on a Tuesday and actually got in touch with him personally on the first try, not a voicemail. I outlined the problem for him and he gave 2 possible causes for the problem. He was out in the field, so he couldn't check when he might be able to come by, but asked me to email him the dishwasher model number so that he could proactively order the part. He both called back and emailed to let me know when he would be able to come by (on the following Thursday). He specified a two hour window for the work. He showed up close to the start of the window that he specified and had everything done within half an hour, including talkiing about future issues that might come up, where to get a good dishwasher cleaning product, and other things. Peter is a class act and he will always be the first one I call. Every part of my interaction with him was positive. I can't recommend his services highly enough.
