Our furnace stopped working late afternoon and within a few hours the technician arrived and fixed the problem. The problem was quite complex and required skill to diagnose. The technician was very knowledgeable , courteous and explained the issue. I purchased my furnace and AC from Convertible Air and highly recommend them as a full service HVAC provider.

Devix Kitchens designed and installed 2 kitchens recently for our family. Damon exceeded our expectations. The quality of the cabinets and hardware is top notch. Just Imagine Renovations recently completed a full gut/rebuild of our early 1900’s 2 story home in the Toronto downtown core and we could not be happier. The renovation included making the main floor open concept, widening the stairs, new wiring/plumbing/hvac and reconfiguring the upstairs. We did meet with a number of contractors and are glad we choose Theo. From our first meeting we could tell he was very knowledgeable and was a honest trustworthy person. Overall Theo and his team exceeded our high expectations. The entire team was very knowledgeable, professional and fully dedicated to doing high quality work. The quality and attention to detail was evident from the finishing’s in the washrooms, kitchen, the built-in’s and the custom finishing’s including the ½ inch reveal around the stairs. We have been getting many compliments from our friends and neighbours who have seen the home. We also got Theo to renovate our daughters home and once again he came through and exceeded expectations. We highly recommend Theo and his team to anyone interested in doing a home renovation.

Convertible always comes through, I noticed my hot water tank was leaking and called Chris, basically the next day it was replaced. The workers sent over where very professional and polite, they took care removing the old tank. I have been using Chris for many years for my family’s air con / furnace needs and will continue to do so and always recommend them. It’s a great honest company.

Purchased a mantle with a fireplace insert, designed to put a cable box in the cabinet. The remote was to work with cabinet closed. It does not work, bought it over 2 years ago, have been asking for them to fix however still not successful , gave them time to fix now decided to write this as they have not done anything yet. Very poor service , do not care. Do not recommend this store.
