In October 2011 I needed to extend my LAN to the basement. A friend of mine recommended Greg at PHAND Corporation. He used their services in the past and by the time I was looking they have just completed another project for him - wiring his brand new house in Milton. So, he has highly recommended Greg and I must say that now I can see why. Obviously we have discussed the options that I had in advance, so on the day of the installation there were no delays or surprises. It was not a huge project and all the work was completed in under 2 hours with all affected areas cleaned up. Very professionally done at a very reasonable price. They have also provided speaker wires for my home theatre. Would definitely recommend Greg to anyone.

This is a review that is long overdue. Last year we had renovated our basement kitchen and washroom, which included some quite significant tiling work. Having dealt with Milorad in the past, it was only natural that we knew the answer to the “who” question. Again, there was a bit of a waiting list for Milorad but in our opinion it was worth waiting. When the time came, the work was completed on time, on budget and to our absolute satisfaction. I would recommend Milorad to anybody at any time.

We first met Milorad about half a year ago, in autumn 2009, when we needed to tile floors of our porch enclosure (porcelain) and in one of the washrooms (marble). It is going to sound like a cliché but Milorad’s work was simply exceptional. He always showed up on-time, was very meticulous with attention to every detail and was leaving all areas clean before leaving for the day. When the job was done we were very happy with the results. So, it is no surprise that we called Milorad again when we decided to reno our washrooms. We had to wait for a few weeks for Milorad but all I can say is that he is definitely worth waiting for. He just finished our washrooms last Thursday and again - exceptional work! And this is all despite some complications that we had to face. First of all, we had to expand the scope a little. Second, just a few days before Milorad was supposed to start, I have injured my back and couldn’t complete some small drywall jobs that had to be done before tiling. Well, Milorad managed to solve all of our problems! One more thing that I must add is that Milorad is a rare example when a great quality job comes with more than reasonable price. I was looking for a reputable company to do the duct cleaning in my house when I came across The Duct Cleaning Specialists. In addition to regular ducts and furnace work (with sanitization) I asked them to clean the dryer vent as well. Paul arrived on time, was tidy and before starting went through the whole job in great details, explaining everything that will be done and why leaving no room for surprises. By the way, they have all that info available on their website which tells you about the company and very accurately reflects the procedure, pricing etc. Job was completed on time and to my great satisfaction. In the past I had my fingers burned hiring some crooks (to say the least) but that’s not what this review is about. This is about The Duct Cleaning Specialists - a company that can be used to set a benchmark of providing exceptional service with highly professional attitude.
