I contacted Phand Corporation after following Greg's input on multiple forums.

I needed a central vac installed and Greg was helpful in giving his experience with models I was choosing from.

Barry was the installer that arrived at my home. He was very clear on what the installation steps were going to be and he did a very clean install.

I contacted Gregg through email and discussed the job. He had provided all materials including the TV mount, speaker wire and 20' HDMI cable.
His cost was pretty much on par with his initial quote, so there were no surprises. The install wasn't complicated but PHAND was efficient and clean. I will definitely be contacting them again for future jobs.

In October 2011 I needed to extend my LAN to the basement. A friend of mine recommended Greg at PHAND Corporation. He used their services in the past and by the time I was looking they have just completed another project for him - wiring his brand new house in Milton. So, he has highly recommended Greg and I must say that now I can see why. Obviously we have discussed the options that I had in advance, so on the day of the installation there were no delays or surprises. It was not a huge project and all the work was completed in under 2 hours with all affected areas cleaned up. Very professionally done at a very reasonable price. They have also provided speaker wires for my home theatre.

greg did all our whole house audio installation - pre drywall rough in and supply and installation of Russound gear after closing. he also did other stuff like GDO installation, LCD TV mount on the wall and security camera installation. I found that he is highly professional and does an excellent job. Would highly recommend Greg to any one for all kinds of audio, video, telephone, networking, security camera, GDO installation etc.

and completed our Telephone connection - internal wiring (way cheaper than doing with Bell) and completed the Ethernet cabling installation.
