Mohammad responded quickly, worked efficiently, and did good work, all at reasonable cost, even though it was only a small job. He replaced a light switch and outside floodlight. He had a replacement part for the switch with him (included in the price above) which allowed him to do everything in one visit. I would confidently use him again on future electrical work, whether it be another small project, or something larger.

Home Renovation Services did excellent work at a reasonable price and fully met our tight timeline. They provided good responsive service in bidding, scheduling and completing the work, even though it was a small job. Neil McDonald was the guy doing the work and he did outstanding work involving all the different skills required including: tiling, drywalling, painting, with a little bit of electrical. The cleaned up very carefully after taking out the old drywall and tiles.

Iftikhar Ahmad came and removed a large wasp nest that was entrenched within a difficult-to-reach spot in our chimney. The removal took two treatments. They charged what I thought was an exceptionally reasonable amount, considering the difficulty of this project and the fact that a second man was required to hold the ladder while Iftikhar climbed on the second story roof. They guarantee their work and did not charge for the second treatment. I thought Iftikhar was very knowledgeable and professional, and has a lot of specialized experience specifically in wasp removal. I would recommend them highly for any future wasp removal jobs, but especially a job where the nest is difficult to access.

Reach restoration did a good job for a reasonable cost. They replaced broken cement blocks on our porch, did tuckpointing, replaced and bricked in our old milkbox, and did caulking and painting around windows and doors. They were very conscientious and professional in everything they did. In particular, they went to great pains to match the mortar used in the tuckpointing so it blended in with the original.
