A-1 had Terrific customer service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff - Bob, from the office, were great, as were the two men who rebuilt the chimney. Bob was relaxed even though i was not sure who to choose to do the work. There was a little confusion with the price which made me feel like i was not telling the truth to the company which sucked until they called and stated i was right. The two men working on the chimney and steps didn't speak english very well however they did a great job. Work started exactly on time. The chimney brick was matched so well, you'd think it was the original. I was a little concerned because that evening it rained. It's only been a few days so far and everything still looks great even after i went on the roof to inspect it. Well done!

My washing machine broke. Elite appliance attend twice without repairing and they couldn't take my damaged clothes out of the washer until washer was fixed huge issues with the company. very poor service 3rd time they fixed the problem after 2 months.

I just recently had my panel upgraded from 100-200 Amps. The electricians Andrew and Eugene were very knowledgeable and friendly. There boss also attended who was on the ball and friendly. During every step of the way there service rep Hanna was very detailed and helpful with everything i needed done. I found this company on Homestars and am extremely pleased. They were prompt, courteous, efficient. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend this company to other people who needs work completed. I would use this company again for all my electrical needs.
