really have serious doubt about the other reviews. We chose Sky Kitchen because they got the highest rating on various website including Homestars.com We purchased a kitchen that was price similarly to other companies, but also because we were told hat they would install it on time "5 days of work total over 2 weeks" said the sales representative. The kitchen was the last thing we wanted to do to renovate our home and put it on the market in March. We were quite surprised of the poor craftmanship, the lack of seriousness and the delays. The installation took 7 weeks and we were constantly bullied by various contractors cancelling appointment all the time. They simply called you on your cell telling that they will come the following week and that you have to be home. The team worked in a very dirty way, with much dust and spills. As a result I had to repaint three times the kitchen because of black hand spots on the wall. There was no supervision from central office that never took any call. The cabinet mensurations were approximate and the kitchen couldn't be finished because a cabinet was covering one ceiling light. We had to move the light and finish the cabinet ourselve. Worse, one cabinet fixation screw in the wall was drilled on an electric wire. As a result we lost the kitchen lights and the main breaker constantly switched off. I called many times, and out of patience I removed the cabinet myself over a week-end, cut the wall, repaired the wire that was transfixed with a screw, replaced the cabinet, did the seal and painting again. A whole WE of work. What more? They never ever return my call and whatever is your point it is ever their fault. I honestly believe that the comment posted are fake. It simply cannot be true.

I would like to thank Jean-Phillipe for your posted review, we like to acknowledge and address all matters pertaining to our services. A misunderstanding of project scope does not necessarily need to reflect conflict, sometimes it can lead to discussion and learning. Sky Kitchen continues to have a high rating on HomeStars due to our attention to detail, service and quality product. Homestars is a blogging format for people to post their own commentary in regards to our services. We are not able to edit their writings, therefore, anything that is read, is solely a clients review. The craftsmanship of our product continues to be of the highest standards, as many reviews boast! Our scheduled dates of installation differ from what is reported here and installation was completed within the timelines indicated and all work was completed as per your contract. At the time of demolition you requested for Sky Kitchen to remove the existing glass back-splash. This service was not part of the original contract , which means it is an additional expense. The electrical work was also not included in the contract and therefore is your responsibility to ensure its completion. When we are not responsibility for electrical, there is no way of knowing where wires are placed behind the drywall -- so there is always a possibility of a wire being in the way. That being said, we are happy that you resolved the issue without much inconvenience. During the period of installation you were on holidays for a week which affected the scheduled timeline and caused a minor delay. However, upon your return and when the job was completed, our designer spoke with you to confirm you were satisfied with our completed services. At this time, you noted your approval that the project was completed and final payment was sent in full. We would like to thank you again for choosing Sky Kitchen and we wish you the very best !

Jean Phillipe renovated his kitchen for selling purposes and the home SOLD instantly! The new home-owners were so thrilled with Sky Kitchens millwork that they contacted us directly and we are now working on a new project for them! A happy ending for everyone, we hope!

Latour Morb has been so helpful in our kitchen renovation project. He amazingly brave the blizzard and traffic to come all the way to Toronto and ensure that we will have our countertop installed on time. The kitchen contractor did mistake in the order, so Latour came with additional sample, we got a better color, better quality and he matched the price. Believe me - the new countertop with central island and waterfall is the main assset of our brand new kitchen. Thnumbs up

This is what I would call the perfect service. Tony came rapidly (and on time) to evaluate our needs. We wanted to change an ugly bow window, and replace 5 storm windows plus an outside door. He never pushed for replacement but was looking at offering the best quality material at the best price. We got several quote and he came twice cheaper than some (!) despite offering much better quality windows. We also paid what he roughly estimated at his first visit, there was no added cost. He associated us with all the step of the fabrication of the windows, advising me when we didn't know. His contractors came on time, worked fast and properly. The windows and door replacements were done brick to brick, ensuring proper sealing and insulation. Finish is perfect. What more? Our friends and neighbours all asked us Tony's contact. Seems like a good sign that the job was well done. Thank you Tony.

I have an old historical house without possibility of building air conduct without breaking all the structure. Cy and Georges came with a unique solution, with one small unit per floor hidden in the ceiling. Very efficient, unexpansive, invisible, with total independance between floor. What more? They came on tiime, finished on time and the unit is totally silent.

We just moved in our new house to find that we had backlow issue. We can't even take a shower before flooding the basement. The lady who sold the house had many flooding herself and her solution was... to repaint the basement. Not to say that the inspection overlooked the issue. We called a first plumber who worked the shower drain with a bamboo. Didn't worked much but cost $150. Seems that bamboo might be a good opportunity for future stock investment. He called a colleague that did a video-scan only to find a single root. Find one root, snapped it and asked for $350 cash. We asked for an invoice that was never sent: the guy was fired by his boss after forgetting the cash in his pocket. Now the boss refuse to respond our call and we cannot get the invoice. Sounds familiar to you? We call several other agencies, just to find things that Toronto plumbing industry seems full of Halloween characters. One offered to tube the pipes adding one layer from insie the previous clay pipe. Yes but what about the branches? Another offered to use some herbicide foam after snipping the roots. Well what about the herbicide ban in Ontario? Eventually some good friends recommended us DrainWorks plumbing. You know what they are still our very good friends. They came the same day. Did a thorough exploration to both ends of the drain. Found 6 majors roots issue (not just one). Open the flow such that we could breathe (breathe would give you an idea). The made a quote that was right to the cent. When we ordered the work they arranged us to have a team the same day. They replaced 70 feets of pipe outside and under our house, worked super clean, minimised damage to our basement and landscape... Of course I would strongly recommend them. The issue is how to put in jail all the cow-boy working in the field...
