Responded immediately to an urgent call and came to start the job within hours. Professional and friendly service from Massy. Workmanship was efficient, careful to clean up glass, neat, no damage to surrounding door frame. Excellent service overall.

Trevor provided us with a considered and knowledgeable assessment of our eavestrough situation. He suggested leaf guards and upgrades to two downspouts. He completed the work carefully with quality materials and in a timely and efficient manner. His business approach is very professional and at a reasonable cost.

Even though we are based on eaves-trough cleaning we had provided you with the leaf guards system and extra x2 downspout for a more efficient eaves-trough system. However, we did under cut ourselves of doing the eaves clean annually for you and saved you the maintenance costs long-term. Greg and George professionally diagnosed and managed a drain that was obstructed by tree roots and required outdoor excavation to a depth of nine feet in the middle of February. They sourced an excellent subcontractor for the trenching. The difficult job was completed promptly and with obvious expertise and experience. They were always genuinely reassuring and remarkably available. I highly recommend them.
