Cory was excellent! When I phoned with my desired list of appliances, he went to bat to help me get them at an affordable price including warranty. This is the 2nd time in the last 10 years that we have done a kitchen reno, the last at our previous home, and I have bought from CAS both times because of their service and price. Even with Covid, their ability to deliver on time was unhindered. Highly recommend!

Had our tankless water heater, furnace and AC serviced. Justin was professional and friendly and mindful of Covid. When there was an issue following the appointment Stephen sent someone immediately to source it and when it wasn't obvious, he came and found the issue and resolved it quickly! There were no additional costs or hidden/unexpected fee. Stephen was also friendly and professional. There were no concerns having him in the basement to investigate as he was mindful of Covid protocols as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

We have had severe water issues because of the neighbourhood grading, often with a foot deep of water in the garage every rainfall. Shawn came and gave a competitive quote to remove the interlocking brick driveway, pour a concrete pad and deal with the flooding in the garage by adding a sump pump and trench across the front as well as pouring a very large concrete driveway with correct grading. He was communicative prior, during and since the completion of the project. As always, there were extra issues. This is why one needs a contingency amount for any reno!!! We had to dig deeper and replace clay-based soil with good gravel, pipe laid around the perimeter of the garage, etc. Wilver and his crew were amazing, every day. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. My neighbours were very happy to see it, as it impacts everyone when such a big project is being done. It makes a huge difference when you are making noise and mess to see the workmen being courteous to the neighbours as well! We are very happy with our results!

Carl, Igor and crew were fantabulous! Draincom had the most competitive prices, were fast, efficient and did a fantastic job. I waited a year before posting to be sure that we were satisfied and I am happy to say that everything is perfect! It was a large project (1000+ sq ft of new concrete floor, french drains, new sump, new drains, bigger water pipe from the city supply). When one of the drains was off by a small amount, Carl and Igor came out immediately and moved it. And please remember that the office ladies are stellar!
