Looking for stove and fridge for rental unit. Friend suggested this place. It was clean but smelled like Febreeze. Lady was helpful. Large selection of varying aged stoves and fridges. Different brands and sizes to choose from. Cheaper than new.

Our Property Manager referred us to Robert. He came on time and suggested we just re-key the locks instead of paying more to switch out the entire lock. He was fast and pleasant to work with.

Looked high and low for kitchen cabinet knobs and bathroom fixtures [hooks, rods] and surprisingly, this little place tucked away in South Van had exactly what I was looking for. The person I dealt with was most helpful. Great service and reasonable prices.

Loved the look of a built in microwave. The microwave I had purchased and the cabinet didn't allow for trim kit from other box retailer. Found this place through some online research. They were friendly, helpful, and assured me their trim kit would fit my space. So happy they were right! The trim kit is perfect and everything is seamless.

Was looking for a hood fan for a kitchen renovation. This place had great selection and reasonable prices for the CFM that you were getting. Family owned business. We had problems with our range hood and since we were in their area, they sent someone over the same day to replace a part and has worked perfectly since.

We met Corey a few years with our first kitchen reno. He was amazing. He listened to our ideas, stuck to our budget and delivered a stunning kitchen makeover. When we moved, we didn't have to think twice to call Corey to design our new kitchen. On a tighter budget, he spent considerable time with us and provided the same great service and super design ideas. A pleasure to work and a tremendous resource.

Nucasa Richmond has great service. They didn't have the sample mantle cap that I was looking for on display but Tim was so friendly and helpful that I returned to this store to order once I had the dimensions. Upon pick up, Tim wasn't in but the other service people were equally friendly and showed me various baseboards and flooring. Would recommend Nucasa Richmond without a doubt!

There was a Great selection of lighting fixtures so you can see product in showroom. The kitchen and bath vignettes served as a good visual and provided room inspiration. Friendly, helpful staff.

David was awesome. Friendly, knowledgeable, thorough. He was accommodating with our schedule and was all set up and ready to go prior to our appointment. He walked us through the house explaining how things worked and answering our questions along the way. And he didn't mind repeating himself several times! Thank you David for a great learning experience.
