I was in the middle of a nightmare kitchen reno. it is an older house we knew that it would not be smooth sailing but we where hoping that the plumbing would not be an issue. we had designed the kitchen so that we would minimize any need for plumbing changes.. well not everything goes according to plan when dealing with older home renos.. it turns out the previous owner has also done some renos and that caused havok with the new renos. we had just finished the demolition part of the build and we saw the issue.. we had to cut change plumbing around. we called 3 other companies and knight plumbing was the first one that was able to send a technician the same day. 2 hours later I had Dan in my house and walking me through how to solve the problem. He assured me it was an easy fix for them and that it would be done immediately. he had quoted me for maximum 6 hours and said that he was sure that it would take less time but with older homes.. you just never knew.. I agreed to the quote and was booked in for the next day. Next morning Technician Geoff arrived and apologized for Dan, He was sick and would not be able to work today but that He (Geoff) had spoken to Dan and was updated on the requirements. Geoff was quick and efficient, he treated my home as his own. wore boot covers when having to walk off the construction site and did an amazing job. he finished the job in only 5 hours and cleaned up all site as well. I would highly recommend this team again.

so after 5 days of trying to figure out if my stove was broken or the electrical panel was broken. I finally called 24/7 electric. they came out quickly within the allotted time frame. Daryl was great and he diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes of walking into the house. He was very straight forward with the costs and what the worst case scenarios where. I appreciated that he gave me that spectrum of cost.

after 3 very frustrating days trying to fix my stove and miscellaneous items associated with the stove.. aka the main power box.. i had to give up and call in the professionals. I have always trusted the reviews on homestars and this time it was no difference. Trent arrived within the designated time. and was quick to start work. he immediately diagnoses that the problem was not the stove and it was the electrical panel that was the problem. the same electrical panel that I had paid my journeyman electrician friend work on the previous day. Trent was quick to show me that it was a phase problem and that I simply had to call my electrical provider to come service. this saved me quite a lot of money because I was thinking I had to replace my stove which was only 3 years old at this point in time. so thank you Trent for the quick service

great local company. Shawn came to give me an estimate at 8 pm on a Wednesday and managed to fit me into his busy schedule by Friday. He did an amazing job with installing baffles and a measuring guide so I can see for future reference if there has been any settling. he was very careful to protect my hardwood floors. He did the job quickly and gave me great before and after photos. I highly recommend him and his team

Josh was amazing. He give me lots of options and recommendations took the time to explain the procedure of replacing both my skylight and roof. He made sure that everything was on time and worked around my busy schedule. His team was professional and quick my new roof looks amazing. and the new skylight lets in so much more light. Highly recommended company.

if you want your furnace and duct work cleaned for cheap get a groupon deal. if you want your furnace cleaned properly and professionally call Keith. He was professional, explained everything we was doing. Keith took both my furnaces apart to properly maintain them and clean them. At the end of 4 hours he was sweating like he had run a marathon. The results were amazing he had sanitized my ducts so clean I could eat out of them. I will never go anywhere else, Absolute professional, when you find a person like this you will always come back to them.
