Trevor and his team are stress free and excellent to work with. All communications with Trevor were effortless and he was very knowledgeable, responsive, and courteous. Trevor and his team took the time to assess what was required in order to do the best job and were patient and mindful about how best to prune several very large, old trees that were in dire need of pruning. Trevor also made numerous recommendations and was very flexible and responsive to extra requests. The experience and expertise in Trevor and his teams work is clearly evident. Once the work was complete, Trevor and his team cleaned all debris efficiently, leaving all areas clean. I will continue to call on Trevor and his team for all of my future tree care needs and I would highly recommend them.

I was able to get an appointment with David in a very short time and he was very precise in terms of his billing policy and rates. He was a very professional individual and was very invested in the work he performed. When I contacted Doktor Handyman I did not anticipate that this small yet very disruptive renovation project could be so effortless! My initial meeting with KC was arranged the day after I called to enquire about a quote (in itself an anomaly). Great and speedy service! I discovered the problem and someone was able to attend to the problem within a few hours. The whole process was seamless! Starting with a very professional administrator who efficiently and competently evaluated my needs and then scheduled a plumbing technician to attend to my problem at the earliest opportunity. I was also very impressed by the initiative shown in forwarding me an email detailing who would be coming to my property as well as a picture of that person (very impressive idea). I was then advised that the plumbing technician was on his way and an approximate time span within which he would reach my property. The plumbing technician himself was efficient, polite, professional and provided a clear explanation of what had to be addressed, how and the cost of same (presenting a binder with a clear breakdown of costs – very impressive and important for the customer – transparency is everything to a customer seeking services). Overall, a wonderful job and experience. This was my first experience with ‘the WaterWorks’ and I will definitely use them again!
