I was very happy with Stefan from two projects he did for us at his previous company so I searched him out when we purchased a condo recently. As before, he was excellent to work with and was responsive to all our need and questions. His install team of Wayne and Kevin were a pleasure to work with and were very accommodating since our condo has quite strict rules. Overall, another job well done!

I am renovating a bathroom, but don't like to do soldering work, so called Metro Plumbing. They came within 2 hours and did a great job at a reasonable price.

We actually had two projects at two sites that needed to be done on tight deadlines since we were moving from one of them to the other. Stefan and everyone he used made it happen. Even though there were a few challenges with the crew who refinished the stairs and railings at the new house, I still give Downtown Flooring a 10 because Stefan stayed on top of things, including personally visiting our home, and in the end the result looks great. We saved money by doing some of the work ourselves (removing old floors, etc.). I especially appreciated the advice and suggestions provided to ensure our work and theirs was well-coordinated. I would definitely use them in the future if I had another flooring project.
