Andy, owner, helped us with our pre-purchase home inspection and Tarion warranty report. While the home was less than a year old, always good to have an expert opinion. Andy was very systematic, starting with the exterior foundation and house envelope. Answered all our questions, while also keeping us on task, following the system, to ensure we did not miss anything. Thoroughly inspected interior structure and crawled through the attic checking insulation depth and pointing out areas where soffits were allowing air to blow insulation away and creating a insulation dead spot. I consider myself a detailed person, and found Andy of like mind. Did not find many opportunities to dig into more detail because Andy already covered it. Appreciate the excellent customer service and better understanding\knowledge of our home. Thank you Andy.

Reviewed several companies on Homestars. After reading so many positive reviews and speaking with George, decided to go with GasGuys.ca. Was a great decision. George came the next day, with his dad Bill. Did an initial walk through of the exterior and the basement and explained his plan. Answered all my questions (black pipe vs insulated yellow flex, interior ball valve, questions on my new BBQ, etc). Was eager to educate. Worked quickly and efficiently and left my home as they found it. Have already recommended George the Gas Guy and would recommend again. Thanks George and Bill.

We called several HVAC companies based on their Homestars reviews. We worked with Cy from their sales team. Cy was very knowledgeable, and answered every detailed question we asked. He was very responsive when we called or emailed, getting a complete answer in a timely manner. He provided options based on budget and quality and made us feel very comfortable with our decision to go with Spring Home. Ari and Bruce managed our installation. We received a call from head office in the morning to let us to confirm the start time, and received calls from Ari and Bruce from the road. Tight communication from the entire team. Ari and Bruce explained they work that would be done, confirmed placement of AC and routing of all the pipes and wiring before getting started. They worked hard throughout the day, working through lunch, in rain and mud, to get the job done. When the job was done, they again walked me through what had been done and what was required to maintain the units. Also kept our home neat with drop cloths, and cleaned up before they left. Would easily recommend Spring Home's work. Thank you Cy, Ari, Bruce, and the office team for your hard work and dedication. An A+ team all around. A very positive experience.

We called several moving companies to help us move from our house, to a storage unit, and to our new home. Spoke to Arby personally and he made us feel comfortable. He was upfront with what would be included, pricing, and approximate time it would take. On the day of our first move, Arby, Rudy, and Trevor were early, but not too early. They worked hard every minute, smiling and even taking the time to answer all my kids questions (there were many). Moving into the storage locker was also quick and efficient. For our second move, we did not think twice about calling Arby again. Arby, Trevor, and Fabian (my son missed Rudy this time around) worked their hearts out getting us in and out in a timely manner. Again smiling and joking with us, keeping the day light and easy. Arby, Trevor, Rudy, and Fabian . . . we thank you for all your hard work and care you had for us and our belongings. Recommended Cosmopolitan to two family members already. EJ from sales was very patient and responsive, answering my many questions before making the final decision. EJ provided very competitive pricing. Although not the cheapest price, for not much more, you get the quality and dedication. Arshad did a very professional job installing my new AC, humidifier, and air cleaner. Worked diligently, respected our home, and completed a very clean installation. No mess, no fuss. Would highly recommend Cosmopolitan Mechanical Services.
