My experience with Bill and the Chimney Company was hassle free from beginning to end. Bill was super knowledgeable and he explained the whole process of the chimney rebuild at my mother's home. Bill was always available whenever I reached out to him with questions regarding the project. My elderly Mom couldn't say enough about Bill and his crew. She was so impressed with how friendly and polite they were and of course she loved her new chimney. Bill put my mind at ease about my Mom's chimney rebuild from our very first phone call. I would like to compliment Shakeel from North Star Pest Control. Shakeel was very polite and professional when I called him regarding a wasp issue. Shakeel came 30 minutes after we spoke on the phone. He explained everything to me about the process involved with the wasp removal and what to look for in the following few days. He said he would follow up with me within a week if the issue persisted but the wasps are definitely gone. I would not hesitate to recommend North Star to my family and friends. Keep up the great work and customer service.

Mr Muhammed was terrific. He was courteous and professional. He put my mind at ease from the moment we spoke on the phone the first time. He showed up when he said he was going to show up and he would call when he said he was going to call. That is very important and just common courtesy. What set Mr Akram apart from everybody else was his calm and gentle manner. Everybody I called before Mr Akram said that the only way to get rid of the bed bug situation was to heat my entire house to a really high temperature. Mr Akram said that this was not necessary. Mr Akram was very reassuring and thoughtful during the whole removal process. He explained everything he did in detail and put my mind at ease during this very stressful situation.
