Front door Order Mid December 2017- May 14th 2018 still waiting
I went with Clera Windows and Doors for my front door purchase because I had an excellent experience with my home window replacement. We ordered the front door and side window Mid December and the installer came out at that time for final measurements. We were told with the holidays coming up that the installation would be Feb/March. I was fine with that. Today is May 14th. I think they lost my order. I contacted them a few times now and am told they would get back to me with when I can expect delivery and installation. The sad thing is - I am having to contact Clera. I've received no customer service. No Followup. This is not at all what I was expecting from a company of this caliber. Do the people who make and install the doors work on a different set of standards? At this point I want my deposit back and I will go with another company. I am so disappointed with this entire experience.

We have not heard anything from you and we have checked with all of our branches and no one recognizes your name or issue which makes us believe that either you never purchased door from Clera and you mistakenly wrote review on Clera page OR you work for a competitor and try to malign our reputation.
