I had a really old deck that needed replacing. I reached out to a number of vendors on Homestars and found Decksforlife. Eric provided a number of different options for decking including Trex, which is what I ended up going with. He was the only contractor that gave me a thorough breakdown of what are options were for the deck (such as Fiberon,), which demonstrated he really knew his decks. The work was very efficient and as I had booked him earlier in the season we have a gorgeous deck for the summer. The craftsmanship is excellent and I would highly recommend his team!

My new garage door looks fantastic! We had a really old door and motor that was on its last legs. The new motor they installed is wifi enabled and super quiet. They changed out all the trim and the garage track so my new door functions very well. I would highly recommend them. Order took a little long a few weeks but the installation was less than a day.

Worked with Joyce again when we needed to get our roof replaced. We were so impressed with the work on the soffit and fascia the year before that they were the first company I called when our contractor indicated the roof needed replacing. My roof looks great. Happy with the service!

We have worked with M&R to do a number of upgrades to our home. This time it was 4 bathrooms and a living room reno. They always provided us with thoughtful and cost effective options whenever we had run into issues after demo. The work is excellent and they always work within the time frame that they set. Even if we had subsequent issues they would always make sure to fix any problems in a timely manner. We hope to continue working with them in the future.

I had a broken gutter and a piece of Fascia that had broken off the front of my house. Called a few places and Joyce provided me with a honest quote to replace all of the gutters, soffit and fascia since we wanted them all white from beige. She broke down each type of service in case I only wanted to do a repair and the cost was reasonable compared to other quotes I received. Their guys are extremely meticulous and my neighbor even commented on how detailed they were when measuring out all the soffit. I will likely work with them in the future. Super pleasant to deal with.

Always happy to work with Ronnie and Mo. They are super professional and are always accommodating to requests on projects. This time they put in a new walk in closet. Their first quote to me was originally out of my price range as the finishing was more high-end but with changing materials they were able to get within my budget. I would always use them again with any new home project!

Needed someone to come to my house to check my oven as the light wasn't working on my gas stove. The technician came and checked it turned out the wire was loose. He ran some checks on the unit too and everything was working well. So glad he could come out as it was Christmas Eve. Will definitely use their service again in the future if we need it.

Ronnie and Mo were a pleasure to work with. They did the job in a reasonable time frame and were the only contractors to recommend a solution for my basement entry way. Our old entry was old and erroded from water damage and the concrete steps were completely sunk in. They redid the steps and created an exterior entry that would be sheltered from future snow and rain. They redid the kitchen, repainted the basement and updated all the tile work. They also put together a separate laundry in the basement that is only accessible to the main house. Overall I was happy with their work and would recommend their services again.

I contacted Relative Enviro after my basement was showing signs of water damage after the snow melt. Our rep Peter arrived on the scene quickly and used a camera to show me the areas that had significant moisture, which is something other contractors did not do. The guys were extremely professional when doing their work. They spent about 1/2 a day cutting out the affected areas of drywall, removing affected fixtures,and cleaning up the moldy debris. Equipment was set-up in order to ensure that the area was appropriately dried, and the basement appears back to normal. They supplied me with a lot of evidence to send to my adjuster as support for the damage that occurred. In terms of future work I would definitely use them again and also recommend their services to others. Their quote was reasonable for the work they did.
