good service to replace my garage door at this weekend, I would like to recommend to others.

One of the torsion springs on our garage door broke. Henry was able to come the next day and worked quickly to replace the springs and get our door working again. We asked him to change the cables too while he was here and that was no problem. Henry and his partner did good quality work and made sure everything worked properly before they left. Job well done, quick work, and quick response time. Henry also called ahead to let us know when he was on his way. I would certainly call Henry again for service on our garage door.

Amazing service by Henry, who was recommended by our neighborhood group. Indeed he was super responsive, professional and honest! We ordered a high end new design garage door for a new house, and fixed up our existing garage door in the old house. Both transactions were incredibly smooth!! We have called the company for a replacement of garage door cables. Henry and his team arrived on time as scheduled. Henry identified the root problem of the broken cable was due to a rusty hook, which was also suggested to replace. He also pointed out that the spring (which was replaced by another company 4 years ago) was not in the right size. He has tested and proved it to us. He didn’t up sell though but leave it at our discretion. Overall, we are satisfied with the service with a reasonable price.

They arrived in the middle of the agreed time window. They worked with lightning speed -- removed my existing openers and installed new openers with accessories in under 40 minutes. All the work was of good quality -- performed efficiently and in a professional manner. I would definitely recommend them for garage door opener installations.

We explained the problem (likely broken spring, our garage door would not open), and that we were looking into a weather-proof seal.

He was able to do the service on the same day, and offered a solution for our weather-proof seal (which we were told was not possible due to the age and brand of our door).

He also provided us with an assessment of our current garage door and mechanism, and gave us an estimate for when we are ready to replace ours.

We will consider replacing our garage door with them when we are ready.

Henry and his team came out and assessed the need to remove and re frame the garage doors to accommodate low headroom. Quality doors at fair price point. Finished product was excellent and I would highly recommend.

Called afternoon Dec 30 to Homestars and Top Dog Garage Doors’ serviceman Henry called me not more than 1 h later. Fixed and installed my garage door spring the morning New Years Eve. Showed me the work, he also greased/oiled the wheels. Doors are smooth running and work warranteed 3 years.

The technician came in on time. He was well prepared and he fixed my issue on the spot while offering one tear warranty for the quality of service.
