Fair Deal came highly recommended by a neighbour. I emailed Fair Deal and Ash was quick to respond. He inspected our old A/C and made recommendations, without trying to upsell me. He happily explained technical items and made it easy to understand, and encouraged lots of questions. I contacted a couple of other companies to do some comparison shopping and wasn't impressed. Ash was very honest, provided a fair price, and was very responsive by phone, email and text. Finally, his team was efficient and tidy with the installation. When i have other HVAC needs in the future, I'll definitely contact Fair Deal again!

This was my first time using a lawn service. I chose the Deluxe program and it definitely made a difference for my old lawn. Have already signed up for a second year.

John was quick to visit my property and provide a quote for 4 trees that really needed maintenance. He also recommended that 2 shrubs not be pruned until the spring, which would be a more appropriate time. John completed the job with another employee and efficiently took care of everything. Amazing customer service from the first appointment booking-quick and responsive to our scheduling constraints. Of the 5 companies that provided quotes, Walkers roof inspection (including attic!) was the most thorough. The follow-up meeting was very educational and gave us the information to make an informed decision. Once the job was scheduled, everything (roof and eaves) was completed so quickly and the clean-up left no evidence of a mess. The crew were like elves…we never saw them before we went to work in the morning., and we came home to a new roof and clean property! THANK YOU!
