Total Home completed a full replacement of all our windows and doors. The experience was excellent right from the beginning! Eddy took his time to give advice and affordable options to meet our needs. Even after the order was placed he stayed close to the project to ensure it remained on track and kept it touch during installation and following up to ensure we were happy with the outcome, which we 110% are! The installers were excellent! Definitely masters of their craft and very hard works. They replaced over 16 windows and 4 doors in just 3 days! And most importantly they were considerate of our home and ensured there weren’t any repairs to the paint and walls required which was a very pleasant surprise. Thanks again to the Total Home team!

Air Treatment was a pleasure to work with! We unfortunately do not have forced air in our home and have a tricky setup which makes it difficult to cool the most AC solutions. Denise was amazing and designed a solution that met our needs perfectly and didn't try to oversell. The team that came to do the installation was very professional and managed to complete the intricate installation in just 1 day! And they made sure everything was spotless before leaving. Van Dyke's was wonderful to deal with! From Rita in the office to Larry and team who came on site. They were very knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. We had a VERY large old Maple removed in the front and a couple of smaller trees in the back, along with quite a bit of pruning. They ensured all debris was removed and the stumps were grinned down. Recently we engaged Hickory Dickory Decks - North York to build a composite deck as well as two wooden gates for the entrances to our backyard. Peter and his team, Erick and Elmer, were amazing to work with! Peter was very thorough and provided his expertise to ensure we had the optimal design. He came several times throughout the construction to ensure everything was up to spec and even helped with some parts of the actual construction. We knew we could trust Peter from the very beginning which is important when choosing a partner to work with. The crew was here on time and took care to clean up at the end of each day. The construction and installation of the deck and gates took no time at all because they are experts and knew exactly what needed to be done. They were also very accommodating with some additions and changes we asked for! Price wise it was very reasonable and the deck materials were of the highest quality. We are especially pleased with frameless glass railing and highly recommend it to everyone. The craftsmanship of the complete end product is something we will enjoy for a lifetime! My husband and I recently ordered a set of Hunter Douglas Silhouette blinds for our large front living room window from Mars. Because of the size of the window and awkward bulk head above the window we were having trouble deciding on the best design. The folks at Mars were very helpful! Spending extra time showing us many options in the show room and even sent someone out to consult with us and take all of the final measurements. The blinds were delivered quickly and Mars assisted with the installation making it fast and convenient. Once installed we noticed a slight manufacturer's defect in the material. Mars proactively offered to coordinate with Hunter Douglas a full replacement immediately for the small flaw in the blinds demonstrating to us that they truly stand behind their product and customers! I will definitely be using Mars again and recommend them to my family and friends!
