So we've had this Persian rug in our bedroom for over 20 years. It was inherited from the in laws who had bought it over 70 years ago. Needless to say it had been through the wars with spilled tea and oily shoes not to mention the fringe was almost all gone. However, it did have sentimental value so we deilcide to get it cleaned and repaired. When it came back it was like new, and just as Mo had told me, they confirmed that this carpet was worth "a few thousand dollars". Glad we made the Investment and it will now get pride of place in my home office.

Ian and team arrived as and when promised, the work was very quick and done to perfection. Great finish, will keep the floor easy to clean and attractive.

Fixed multiple appliances, very timely, very clean and tidy. Arrived early in the appointment window.

I called around looking for someone to service a Samsung Washer AND come to Caesarea - not a simple task. another service company (who didn't come this far from Oshawa recommended Bruce and I have to say his service is excellent. If only he had the part he needed in his truck the first visit. However he was back as son as he got the part and he will now be my GO TO GUY for ALL my appliances.

My first call was a Saturday with the well pump not working. Roy got us a service call within a few hours that same day. When he identified the problem the next challenge was finding the part on a Saturday afternoon. Dave went a long way to get that part and was back in no time to fix the problem. Our second call was for the Effluent Pump a few days later. Similarly - service call was scheduled to fit our convenience. Dave does great work - solves the problem efficiently and made sure we understood what it was that he was doing and why. These guys are the best. Will always call them first as I know they will show up and fix the issue ASAP.

We had found the enclosure but needed the appropriate pool AND a General Contractor for the project. Dennis and his DFG team had the ideal pool and swim jet system and performed the work well, despite some serious and time consuming ground water related issues. This was something of a learn-as-you-go project for DFG ourselves BUT the end result was spectacular despite the work dragging into the depths of winter and not getting completed until well into the spring.

Dwayne goes above and beyond and ALWAYS looks to save us money. He turned out to help us with a POOL HEATER issue over Christmas, fitting us in between Turkey and Christmas Pudding with no extra charge for the emergency turn out. He delivers EXCELLENT service when ever required.
