We have used Rob at Neighbourhood Plumbimg for 12 years and he has always done a great job for us. Today, we had him in to fix a plugged sewer drain and he was easily able to fix it. Rob is prompt, friendly and delivers great service at a good price. He offers up good advice and troubleshooting tips. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.
The oven on our Kenmore range was burning everything no matter what temperature it was set at. I called Valleyview Appliance Repair last Friday and got an appointment for Monday. Evin came within the allotted time frame amd quickly diagnosed the problem. The computer motherboard was the problem and needed to be replaced. We agreed to the repair and two days later Evin came back, installed the new motherboard and I have a working oven again! Evin was friendly, easy to talk to and took the time to explain the problem, and gave us time to consider our options without pressure. We are very happy with the work done, the price was fair as was the warranty on the new part and service. I will definitely call them again for any other major appliance repair.

Furnace and duct cleaning, furnace tune-up
Lee and Jason were very professional, polite and friendly. They cleaned and tuned up our older furnace and cleaned the ducts and did it properly. A new part was needed and Lee was very upfront about the cost of the part and labour. There was no sales pressure or nagging. For the first time in 18 years of owning a home, I finally found a furnace service company I liked and could trust. I will definitely use them again!
