We have 2 beautiful elm trees in our backyard and this year noticed sap. So much sap that it felt like it was raining on us and you could see it if you looked through the sunshine. Everything under and beside our trees was becoming covered in sap (firetable, patio set, perennials, potted plants, patio, deck, windows, stucco). We were very concerned because we love those trees. We got Goutam’s (Mr. G.) number from an arborist and he came right away to treat the trees. He injected the trees within 15 minutes of assessment and within a week the sap has subsided significantly. He said we will need to do a subsequent treatment in the fall which I will gladly do.

Chris was very knowledgeable and returned phone calls and emails promptly. They left the work site tidy. It did take awhile to schedule the appointment but it was a busy time.
