I was very worried about my large elm tree which was infested with wooly aphids. Mr. G was referred to me and he came the same day I contacted him. He quickly got to work and reassured me it would be fine.

Mr G came to look at our cotoneaster hedge which was severely diseased with oyster scale and had died in a few spots. He explained in detail the process needed and the precise timing to treat it so that it would be successful. After trimming back the hedge to nearly ground level, he came and sprayed his ‘magic formula’ along with some fertilizer to help it get growing again. He had assured us that it would grow back that same season but I was skeptical. Not only did it come back bushy and green but it surpassed the height Mr G had said we could expect. He will be coming again this spring to treat it and keep it healthy. He is excellent with his communication and follow up. Highly recommend his services!

We were initially referred to Mr G Plant Health Care Services approximately 2 years ago, shortly after moving into our new home in the fall of 2018. By the following spring, it became apparent that some of our trees, especially our large weeping birch in the front yard, were suffering. In fact, we didn’t know if the birch would survive. Goutam came immediately and knew exactly what was happening with the trees and how to treat them. Our elm tree was emitting a great deal of scale from the leaves. This sticky substance was all over our front deck, car and sidewalk. Mr G came in and treated the tree at the start of spring. This resolved the problem. He has been in contact with us frequently to check up on the progress of the treatment.

My 60 year old elm was clearly suffering, I thought for sure it was Dutch elm disease and called Mr. G in a panic. He came over the same day and immediately saw what the problem was ... elm scale... and treated it right then. So grateful, loosing that tree would be terrible. Thank you so much!

Mr G was professional, and efficient. He sprayed my tree with a spray that drastically reduced the hornets. Also he treated four trees.

We recently contacted Mr. G (Goutam) regarding problems we are having with several of our trees and bushes in our yard. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He provided us with his accesment and recommendations to help remedy the problems, which we have already begun and are starting to see improvement. Our problem was not due to infestation or blight, and therefore we did did not need treatment on the trees or bushes. His visit was at no cost to us and we want to thank him for that. We highly recommend him to anyone needing help with their plants. We definelty will contact him in the future if we need any help in the yard.

We have 2 beautiful elm trees in our backyard and this year noticed sap. So much sap that it felt like it was raining on us and you could see it if you looked through the sunshine. Everything under and beside our trees was becoming covered in sap (firetable, patio set, perennials, potted plants, patio, deck, windows, stucco). We were very concerned because we love those trees. We got Goutam’s (Mr. G.) number from an arborist and he came right away to treat the trees. He injected the trees within 15 minutes of assessment and within a week the sap has subsided significantly. He said we will need to do a subsequent treatment in the fall which I will gladly do.
