Worry Free! That is the best way to describe dealing with Atlas. After Atlas came to conduct an annual cleaning/inspection on our AC unit, they advised it was leaking coolant. Being a reputable ISO certified company, they would not simply refill the coolant and allow it to continue leaking. After discussing the cost of a 'leak inspection' and the potential cost of repairing the leak, we decided a new unit was the way to go (old one was 14 years old). We did our due diligence and had representatives from four companies (including Atlas) come to provide quotes for a new unit and installation. Company 1 provided a phone quote without even coming to look at our home. Company 2 did come to our home, and provided a quote in under 5 minutes without even looking at the furnace in the basement. Company 3 was a little better, as they went into the basement, and spent a whole 10 minutes with us. Then Nickeel from Atlas came over. First he sat down with us for 30-40 min to discuss our needs, and the products offered by Atlas. He then went to the basement and took measurements and pictures of the furnace. He then looked at the old unit outside. It should be noted that Nickeel was the only sales rep to suggest we may want to consider moving the unit as it was currently positioned under a window. It seems obvious, but no other company suggested it, and I never thought of it! Great idea by Nickeel. After spending the time to understand our needs, and look at the system we currently had in place, a quote was provided. Clearly Nickeel and Atlas were more professional and thorough in their approach. We knew instantly that Atlas knew what they were doing. 5 min after leaving, I called Nickeel to advise we had made our decision (it was an easy decision!). Install was arranged quickly on a date that worked for me. James and Nick (technicians) arrived on time as promised. They laid out the red carpet (literally), to keep our home clean. In half a day they had the job done. They were patient with all my questions, took time to explain the new system, and left absolutely no mess. I cannot say enough positive things about the experience working with Atlas. I will end by saying this. Atlas was not the cheapest of our options. Other companies would have done the job at a lower price point. I truly believe you get what you pay for. Atlas may charge slightly more for their work, but I believe you receive a premium service in return. I will continue to turn to Atlas for all my heating and cooling needs. A big thank you to Nickeel, James and Nick. You were all GREAT.

We hired Cabana Landscaping to provide a face lift to our front and back yard as our home was lacking in curb appeal. We met with Jaren and after speaking with him for a few minutes he knew exactly what we were looking for. We had all sod in the front and back replaced. In addition, we had our front planting area re-designed. Jaren also laid gravel in the area between my house and the neighbours house. Without asking, Jaren also recommended gravel be laid beside and behind a storage shed in my back yard. I never would have thought of this, but it was a great idea! What used to be an area filled with weeds is now useable storage space. All of this work was done at a very reasonable price. We set a date for the work and Jaren and his crew showed up on time, and got the entire job done in 2 days. During the entire project, Jaren was extremely responsive to my many questions. I always received a response to my e-mails, and was never made to feel like my questions were silly. I would strongly recommend Canabana Landscaping, and we are already looking forward to contacting Jaren when the time comes to re-do our front walkway and porch. Thank you Jaren!

I only have good things to say about my experience with Nu-Site. In early January my wife and I noticed water coming into our basement though a foundation wall. We contacted a number of companies to determine what our options were. Many companies offered a $500.00 'injection method' solution (and didn't even come to look at the problem). A few others came to look at the problem and offered interior and exterior waterproofing solutions. Some of these other companies advised we would need to dig an interior trench to our basement drain if we wanted to do interior waterproofing. Eric from Nu-Site stood out. Not only did he come to our home to look at the problem, he fully explained all the options. As for the injection method, he quickly advised against it as a band aid solution (and my further research confirmed this to be true). In addition, Eric advised that I did not need to dig a trench to my drain as other companies had indicated. I was very impressed by this. Eric had every opportunity to let me believe that digging to the drain was necessary (at a significant added cost), but was up front in letting me know this was not only unnecessary, but against building code. It was clear that Eric knew what he was talking about. An interior waterproofing solution was agreed upon (at a VERY reasonable price), and the date for the work was set. Today, Ryan from Nu-Site came to my house to do the work (with a colleague who's name escapes me!) and he was just as professional as Eric. All my questions were answered, the work was done quickly (3 hours!), and they left my home as clean as when they arrived. My experience with Nu-Site was nothing but positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend their services for any waterproofing job. I would certainly use them again. Thank you Nu-Site!
