This was the second time we had ice foaming into the trays in our less than 4 yr old Samsung fridge. We called Bad Boy and they sent Rahul from ARS to fix the problem. He was very efficient & within minutes he diagonsed the problem. Luckily we purchased an extended warranty for the fridge & extremely happy to report that a brand new fridge was delivered today by Bad Boy to our Ajax home.
