After being red tagged we contacted Adrian to locate a gas leak in our house. We got shut down on a Friday night and he was the only one who responded immediately, setting up an appointment for the next morning. He spent two hours tracking the leak down and then spent further time trying to source a part for our stove which turned out to be the culprit. Given the age of our stove and the cost of repair we decided instead to have it replaced and had Adrian back and do the hook up. He had to come back twice due to us receiving damaged product and did so without complaint. We had him return once more to install our air conditioner which again turned into a two visit process thanks to the lack of space on our electrical panel. We had originally booked another contractor two years ago and they bailed with no explanation. We finally have a cool house! Adrian communicates well, shows up when scheduled and invoices exactly what was discussed. We are happy to recommend his services.

George was prompt, professional and easily diagnosed the problem with our washer. He returned in a few short days to replace the clutch - and the price was less than he orginally thought. Highly recommended!

Victor arrived within 2 hours of my initial phone call to assess the situation and was able to re-attach a piece of eaves trough We had a portion of rotted wood fascia that needed replacing and he also pointed out previous poor workmanship around the roof perimeter that needed repairing (loose membrane needed to be torched, drip flashing re-installed along with the new fascia installation). He was good at communicating with us in regards to scheduling and completing the work, clearly letting us know if he was unable to return a certain day what day(s) we could expect his return. Once the repairs were complete he showed us a video of the work and included an overview of the rest of our roof pointing out areas of future concern (we have a portion of pitched roof that should be replaced within the next year). I've dealt with several contractors since purchasing my house and would gladly recommend Victor.

Tip Top Trough repaired our eaves trough and a loose piece of soffit. They provided a quote in a timely fashion and communicated well regarding prospective timelines - which they stuck to. The final price matched the quote exactly and our property was left spotless - we hardly knew they'd been by!

Our furnace was red tagged and shut off by Enbridge the night of the ice storm. I left a message with Convertible the next day (a Sunday) and received prompt communication and had Sean at my house providing a quote before the days end - despite the treacherous conditions and his own lack of power. The installers showed up on time, worked quickly and cleaned up their mess. Our chimney liner was not installed due to weather conditions which they clearly explained and removed from our invoice. This was one of the most professional outfits we have dealt with since beginning our ground floor gut in May. We'll be calling them back to install air conditioning in the spring. Highly recommended!
