We have been thinking about the replacement of our front door and visited the Home Decor booth in the last HomeShow. What I liked was the quality of the doors when I compared with others exhibitors, it was good to go back and forth and compare the quality and finishing in similar doors. So, we decided to hire Home Decor for our project to replace a steel-double door, plus the side door and also the door that connects the garage with the foyer, 3 doors in total... Joseph/Sales was very helpful showing different options and answering all our questions. He helped us in picking a 42" wide fiberglass door with glass on the sides. The installers Alex and Igor were excellent, they were on-time and worked hard to complete the 3 doors in 1 day! They really did a great job. We are very happy customers, I would hire them again and would definitely recommend Home Decor to my friends. I'm adding some pics, the doors are just stunning... I replaced the entire Furnace/AC system, including the filter, humidifier, thermostat and also the water heater. Fred already installed a gas line at home, so I called him again and I'm glad I did. The installer Kam was very professional and clean, they definitely know what they are doing. Once again, I had an excellent experience with Fred and the team. I would totally recommend Cozy World to anyone...

I contacted 3 companies to get a quote to replace my rotted wood columns, and by far the response I got from Lynda and Herb were the best. Lynda came home and explained the entire process, while Herb clarified all the questions I had later on the phone. The quotes I got from the 3 companies were pretty similar (considering what was included in the quote, for example paint included or not, etc). So, we decided to hire Capital Columns, and I'm very happy I took that decision. Lynda/Herb recommended the fiberglass columns with Polyurethane Boxes (Cap and Base), so we picked the square ones. Billy was the installer, a great guy, very professional and clean, if you look at the pictures you will notice that it's very clean all the time. He did really an excellent job, and definitely I would recommend Capital and Billy for anyone who need to replace a column. NOTE: The garbage disposal and the paint are not included, what is not a big deal for me since I prefer to save the money and do it myself ;)

We decided to finish the basement and after doing some research, especially regarding the mold-free materials, we decided to sign the contract with Penguin Basement. The quote was a little higher than the other contractors, however I think the quality of the materials are better as well. We had few issues during the process, but the Project Manager assigned (Andrew) was there to manage and get everything under control, he was great!!! Andrew was at my place every day, explaining the steps of the project and what was expected to be done in the following days. Also, he was always available on the cell if I had a question or concern, what was very important for me. We are very happy with our new basement and I would like to thank Andrew and everyone at Penguin...

Few years ago I bought a bedroom set for my daughter, and since we had a great experience we returned to buy another set for my younger daughter. I'm definitely glad for taking that decision since the experience was as positive as the first time. We bought a great quality bedroom set but when I was taking all the pieces from the boxes, I found out the glass of the mirror was broken, then I talked to Shimmy and he took care of it, what shows that customer satisfaction is very important for KIDS. I will definitely keep recommending KIDS to my friends...
