My 12 year old Kenmore washer stopped spinning. So after checking with the Homestars, I cross-referenced some names, read some online reviews, and came up with Abc Appliance Repair. The woman who answered the phone was extremely friendly, and it was one of the most painless instances of setting up an appointment. She gave me a two-hour window and took down my number. On the appointed day, they called me within the time window and headed over. After listening to my description of the issue, they offered up some ideas of what was wrong and provided me with an estimate within the first five minutes or so of looking at the washer. I accepted the estimate, and the problem was fixed within thirty minutes. Afterwards they told me what to expect--some burning smells--for the first 2-3 washes. Since then, I've done four loads, and it has worked perfectly. All-in-all, it was such a positive experience, -from the first call to the professionalism of the work, I will definitely use them again.

Mike did a fine job analyzing the issue and arriving at the same conclusion I had arrived at the day before (brother who is HVAC 20+ years that lives in NB walked me through the trouble shooting so I knew as a fact, what the issue was prior to Mike's arrival). Mike was thorough with the analysis and attentive to educating me on a few steps to be aware when trouble shooting. Based on Mikes service call, Aquamaster is an honest company with integrity.

Everyone I talked to at Wbi, including the people on the phone and the installers, were courteous and polite. All my contact with them has been good. If people like that worked at Bell, they would make more money. With me and the people on the phone and with the installers, there was no miscommunication. Messages were passed in a timely fashion. I will get six more windows from them soon. If they could polish up the salespeople a little bit more so that they give a quick and precise sales pitch, they would be doing well. I was most satisfied with the fact that the product that was ordered came in a little bit ahead of time and the delivery and installation went better than promised. When I do order the other six windows for this house, I will specifically ask for the same installer (Steve) who did the front two windows. I don't want anyone else on the job but him. The reasons I picked Wbi, as I stated before, was the quality of their product and their guarantee. I did not call any other companies because I have already decided that I would use them for my windows. I have seen competitor's windows falling apart. I have seen a very bad job where they took advantage of mentally handicapped people. Call Windows by installer, you won’t regret it!
