Worst customer service purchased an ikea induction cooktop made by whirlpool. Installed it three months ago and it stop working called ikea and they washed their hands and pointed me to Whirlpool. I called whirlpool on Wednesday and everything seemed oK for a Friday repair.. Friday came the repair guy (Scott) Call me and did his diagnostics over the phone WOW i took a day off of work for this he told me they would order the part and be by next Thursday to install and fix I called on Wednesday Dec 16 the day before the repair I was concerned that no one followed up to let me know when they will be by.. Called Scott he told me to call whirlpool WOW I called whirlpool they told me to call the repair rep.. After raising my voice they told me the parts are on back order with no clear delivery date.. WOW one week before Christmas iI have no stove no knowing when it will be repaired. Never buy Whirlpool and I am never buying an appliance from IKEA ever again.. Government need to step in and hold these people accountable

Okey everything workout in the end... Nemo is a trusting professional business man who make good on his word... I would recommend Nemo to anyone who needed flooring.. Chestnut flooring is good in my books and the help out. It is also nice to know that Nemo helps support rescue animals. thank you Gary

I was not happy with the service i received.. Tried to resolve the issue and nobody seemed to care in my opion. Next time i will do a little more research.
