My sump pump was set up in an awkward spot. I could have chosen to move the entire sump pump, cutting through the existing floor, etc. or connect it to the city as home owners often do. NWS gave advised me on what was legal and came up with a unique solution to my drainage problem. Thanks. I will call on you again!

I needed a large lion tailed Manitoba maple removed from my property and after contacting about 6 different tree companies, I decided on this one. Moe and his crew of 2 deftly removed the tree with skill and grace... not breaking so much as a branch of the surrounding shrubbery. Their expertise and professionalism was apparent as soon as they began working...in fact, even our neighbours turned away from the Olympics to watch them at work. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Ok... earlier I rated this company much lower ("Product Good-But Service from start to finish a pain in the butt boondoggle" -Dec. 15) but shortly after I did so, Stan Greenberg a.k.a.Stan the Window Man president of CCHI contacted me to discuss my review. He explained the current challenges in the marketplace, eased my concerns and offered me the royal treatment should I choose Consumers Choice next time. Stan Greenberg is a charming and likeable fellow, and after all is said and done, we really do business with people because we like them. I will definitely use CCHI again! Cheers!

Deanna Hutton's design consultant services are bang on. We were in a pickle... trying to design a short term residence with "investment" furniture pieces to be used in a conversion LOFT that was delayed yet again. We needed furnishings for a small home but wanted to buy key pieces to use in our new place in 2 short years . We were afraid to purchase expensive furniture before our move in date --- what if it didn't fit? It just didn't make sense to buy cheap and buy twice. Deanna helped us do it.
