Paolo is a friend of of a good friend. We were introduced through our mutual friend over a coffee and immediately you could tell he was not pushy. He explained his services over coffee but did not once harass me and ask me when do I want to schedule a quote or bug me about what kind of job i was looking for. He understands that people need to shop around for.better prices and he's willing to.work around what's. omfortable for you, price and time wise. We were able to select high quality hard wood. Paolo had samples of every color, quality, and even had new base board options incase we wanted to change ours. The wood we selected was a nice cherry oak, it was dark brown with a nice subtle red tint to it. Paolo worked with another person, John and they both were very efficient and got the job done within the agreed timeframe. No mess was left around and there were no squeeking on the floors despite our home being over 30 years old. The wood was smoothly finished with a nice feel to it. We were extremely satisfied with the job Paulo did and think that everyone should consider them if they're considering doing rennovations. It doesn't hurt to inquire.

Adrian was a word of mouth referral from a family member. Our basement toilets flushing mechanism was not working properly, there wasn't much force with the flushing. Adrian is definitely someone who seemed passionate about what he does. I know plumbing isn't the most interesting job, however Adrian was friendly and full of smiles. He worked.with us to suggest how we could maintain the working status of a toilet better. Explaining regular maintenence to it that I didn't even know was necessary. Price was fair and I did not feel that I had to negotiate with him. He cleaned up.after.himself. I've had pat plumbers leave marks on walls. His overall quality of service and interpersonal skills were amazing. If you ever have a problem with your toilet, Adrian is definitely who you want to call!

Never hired a contractor from Lowes before. Have gone to home depot with great results. Wanted to try Lowes as we buy stuff from there often. Prices are usually more expensive but quality is great! Was greeted by John who ended up helping us with our project. Basement bathroom: 50 square feet, 20 year old house. complete replacement of full bathroom. Quality was great, fast service but contractor was okay. Not very friendly but got his job done.

We moved into our place 12 years ago and have been rennovating the place the past 3 years, doing little jobs here and there. Kitchen floor tiling was something that was never considered as the previous condition tiles were decent. Have done laminate flooring ourselves before but never stone tiles for kitchen. Went to home depot on mississauga and was greated by a employee with smile. immediately the experience started off well. he asked us what we were looking for and hooked us up with a contractor. his name was Paul, he took the time to sit down and help us figure out exactly what we wanted. was very patient and answered all our questions. it was a longer visit but that was expected. the price was somewhat negotiable and fair. Paul was always punctual and was friendly during work. often striking great conversations. quality of job was what I expected from home depot and him... excellent! Would definitely recomme d.
