We ordered a custom covered sofa from Monaca Furniture early October, 2019. The service we received from Nicolas was terrific. After we described what we had in mind, he guided us to some relevant models. He was very pleasant to deal with, and there was no "sales pressure" to buy. He was more interested that we'd get what we would like. Delivery was promised in about 6 weeks. Sure enough, 6 weeks and 4 days later the sofa was ready for delivery. It's nice to make such a major purchase and have the company true to its word! The delivery gentlemen were prompt in arriving - they came only 1/2 hour into the 2 hour delivery window we were given. They delivered it to our living room, unpacked it and ensured that it was positioned to our liking. All in all, a most pleasurable experience. We would not hesitate to purchase from Monaca again, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to purchase furniture for their home or office. Eric Lakien

We are extremely satisfied with Allure Window Decor. Ryan came to give us a quotation. He looked over our windows, asked us for what we were interested in, and made a few suggestions, one of which he said would be perfect. We went with his suggestion, and are glad we did. Installation took place on the day scheduled, and the installer did a great job. The window coverings are of top quality, look great, and work great. I highly recommend Allure to anyone. They know their stuff, and come through on what they promise.

We are thrilled with our recent duct cleaning experience. We used Homestars to find a company, choosing it because of the number of positive reviews. The entire experience, from start to finish, was well handled, from our initial contact, through to the follow up. I checked the company web site, and wanted to talk to someone about the service, so I left a voice mail message. Mariela called me back, and explained the whole process. She was able to schedule us within a week. We were thrilled with the service. The two gentlemen, Nick & Adrian, arrived right on schedule, in fact a few minutes early, and got right to it. They explained clearly what they were going to do. Their work was very neat and clean; taking care not to leave any dirt where they had been. We were not surprised about the amount of debris in our duct system - it had been many years since we last had it cleaned.. However, they pointed out "garbage" that was in the ducts that had been missed the last time we had them cleaned. I do not remember who we used, nor how we chose them. Suffice it to say that Homestars will now be an integral part of any contractor search we will do. I received a follow up Email to see how satisfied we were with the job. We had a follow up question about our electronic air cleaner. Mariela called us the same day, and knew the answer to our question. Duct Cleaning Specialists has the challenge of working is an industry that does not have a stellar reputation, to say the least. Congratulations on rising to the top; this company is certainly among the best around. I have no hesitation at all in recommending your company to my family and friends. Lastly, I have to applaud the company’s your charitable efforts. Especially at this time of the year, as we approach the holidays, we have to do all we can to help those less fortunate than ourselves. Their two chosen causes, helping GTA Women's Shelters and the North York Harvest Food Bank, are most appropriate. All in all, I am very pleased to report that this has been a positive experience for us. Does that say that our lives must be very dull?
