In the end, they came through. Trying to get a hold of them was nearly impossible, but I was told they are the best. I must have called 6 times with nobody returning my messages. When I did get in touch with them, they came out and did a very thorough job. Old family business. Despite the hassle, I would recommend them again.
Plumber that came was young and very honest. He was straightforward about needing a part and asked if I wanted to get it from Home Depot or he could but it would cost me more (by the hour). Both sinks fixed and havent had a issue. A bit more pricey than a 'craigslist' guy, but always better to go with a licensed plumber.
Great service. These guys explained what they were doing and went above and beyond. Rob even fixed a door that was broken in my house. Great guys and very honest and perfectly on time. Highly recommend.
