Contacted Green Coast Rubbish on Tuesday, they were at my place Wednesday morning to remove our renovation waste so we had a clean house for Easter. Called Eamonn initially to book the job, his communication was prompt and pricing was straight-forward, no surprises at all. His rep, Dillon was on time for the job and was even able to take care of a few additional items I need removed last minute. Awesome experience from start to finish, would recommend these guys without hesitation.

We purchased ALL our mouldings for our renovation from Westcoast Moulding - wainscoting, baseboards, coffered ceiling. The sales reps were awesome to deal with, delivery was on-time, and their prices were 1/2 of the box stores for the same product! Anyone picking up material for mouldings should definitely check them out.

Based on a recommendation by our general contractor, we hired Ryan and his crew to paint the entire exterior of our home (soffits, fascia, stucco), and after that was complete, we were so pleased that we had them paint some areas inside as well. We received quotes for well over double what Hayden Painting did the work for. Not only was their price more than fair, his crew was polite, professional, on-time and most importantly - kept our house tidy. Each day they would clean up before they left, which is necessary with young children in the house. Would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking for a solid painting contractor.

Contacted Stavros, the Drywall Repairman, as we were nearing the end of our renovation and our general contractor was not able to have their drywall sub-trade do the required work in a timely manner. We had a wall built to replace an existing door, needed drywall repairs done in bathroom where we relocated a vanity light, nail pops needed repairing, and several drywall patches required where the previous homeowners had cut drywall to repair plumbing leaks. He did it all! Most importantly, he was extremely CLEAN. Drywall repairs can be very messy. Not only was his actual work awesome, he did his best to minimize the mess. We could hardly tell any drywall work had been done in the house!

Contacted Tanya to have a look to see how we could make our 25 year old oak cabinets beautiful. She assured us she'd work her magic on them and that's exactly what she did! Even though it turned out to be a bit more work than expected, she stuck to her quote. Was a quick and painless process and the end result is amazing. Refinishing the cabinets as opposed to ordering new cabinets saved us 10's of thousands of dollars which allowed us to stretch our renovation budget as far as possible.

Brent came out to our renovation prior to starting the work and was able to give us several awesome suggestions, these suggestions saved us time and $! He provided a written and detailed quote, so we knew what we were getting and what it would cost us. We re-did our lighting in the kitchen, bathrooms, dining rooms, living room and kids playroom. Pretty much all the lighting in our house! It wasn't an easy job but Scott, the electrician was amazing at making the whole experience pretty stress free.

Bernd from B&B Masonry was contracted to make our 25 year old unattractive wood burning fireplace the centerpiece of our home. He made the trip out to our home before the job started to give us his expert advice which was greatly appreciated. He was meticulous is his work, ensuring each piece of stone looked perfect, the photos show the outstanding quality of his work. He worked hard to get the job done in a timely manner and to top it off he always tidied up after himself! We love our new fireplace and can't wait to enjoy it this winter with family and friends.

Our possession date for a home we purchased happen to be on a Sunday and we had to be completely out of previous home Monday by Noon! They moved us on a Sunday at no additional cost. Everything was safe and soundly delivered to our new home.

Chris came out to install a dishwasher we'd purchased for our new home. It was a little trickier than a normal dishwasher install but he was able to get it done for us, and at a reasonable price. We're happy to no longer be washing our dishes by hand!

The ducting in our 24 year old home hadn't even been cleaned so it was overdue. Alpha came out on time, and their price was 100% clear before they got started. They were even able to clean our dryer vent at the same time. More than happy to recommend Alpha to anyone who was a straight forward, honest duct cleaning job.

They cleaned a home we moved into that was occupied by tenants, it was an absolute mess. They worked extremely hard to get it clean for us. They cleaned all the walls, windows and everything in between. We have young children so it was important that all the cleaning products they used were safe for them. Will be having them back to the house to clean once our renovation is complete.

I was referred to A-Homart Moving & Delivery by a colleague. IWe had to move the contents of our condo in White Rock into a portable storage unit so we could store our items until we got possession of our house. Edward and his coworker were on time, worked hard, and came in under their quote. They packed all of our items in a safe and cautious way so nothing was damaged at all when the unit was moved to storage and to our new place. Would absolutely recommend this moving company to anyone who is in need of one.
