My dryer just stopped working on Friday eve before the Thanksgiving long weekend. I sent a message to Fix Appliances at 7 pm, they contacted me within the hour to scheduled a technician for the next morning between 8-10. The technician showed up on time and did a great job of explaining the issue and fixing it. This is what I call great service!

Our experience with Sears sales staff on getting enough information and evaluating high efficiency tankless water heater was great from start to finish. Highly recommend both tankless water heaters and Sears for rental (with the option to purchase). The cost is $50/month for the rental.

Dealing with Belyea bros was a pleasure from start to finish. Chris, our sales person, described the pros and cons of all high efficiency boilers appropriate for our house, gave us enough material to review and enough time to review them. Installation started on time and it was timely and clean. The boiler itself is great, as promised and works great.

I have always been skeptical of interior designers. By chance I met Georgia of 777 Deisgn Avenue, and what a great day that was! She listens carefully to your needs on a room by room basis, figures out your style and then inspires you to design your home! Georgia has a wonderful energy and eye for design and is passionate about every detail which makes a big difference in the final product. She gave us a few different options while making sure we were comfortable with her style direction. Every room she designed for us is comfortable, functional and very elegant. Highly recommended.

I asked Air Quality to give us an estimate for the replacement of a noisy boiler pump in March 2010. They said because we have their Silver club plan the cost would be $548 + tax. As we just moved in the house we didn't get a chance to replace the pump then and then the boiler was off during summer. This week they are quoting us $780 + tax for the replacement of the same pump. When I asked why the price is higher by 40% they said because of HST, when I indicated in March the price was $548 + tax, they said the price of the pump has gone up since then. They could not explain why it went up by 40% in just a few months.

We had thousands of flying ants swarming the exterior of our house. Called GTA and Kevin said he would be able to come by within a couple of hours. He was on time and investigated the issue. Sprayed around the house for the ants. Also asked to setup baits for mice as preventive measure. Kevin is super nice. He was thorough and explained everything very well. Highly recommended.

Asbescan did a great and professional job in our basement removing all the asbestos. The basement smells great since we removed the asbestos. I would highly recommend this company in any future projects for ourselves and any friends.

Asbescan came by to look at our basement and give us an estimate on the work and cost. They e-mailed us all of their certification and a detailed quote shortly after their visit. When the work was scheduled to start, they arrived on time, set everything up and a few hours later asbestos was removed and our pipes were re-insulated.
