The salesperson was very informative and the product selection was great. I piurchased three faucet sets for two sinks, one single and the other double. Also purchased faucets for the bathtubs and a shower kit. Some of the items were a bit pricy, however they have a good selection for various budget ranges and at times good sale prices. The overall customer service was great and I would shop at this store again.

We ordered two bathtubs, one with jets, also two vanities, one toilet and the kitchen sink. I found that the products are of good quality and the sales representative was very good to deal with and had a good prodoct knowledge. I would buy products from Tubs again.

We had a 5 yr old mid-efficient hot water tank and we replaced it with a high efficient hot water tank. The service provided by Direct Energy was ok and I would consider recomending their service to others.
