On October 1st I had engineered hardwood installed in the sunken living room and entry way. There is a stairwell going to the basement and steps going up to the rest of the house. My first impression of this company dealing with Andrew in the store and then Allen who did the measurements and offered suggestions was reinforced with the installation crew. Eventhough it was rather cold they did all the cutting outside so I had no messs in the house. They were so precise, you would swear the steps were placed on top of the hardwood instead of the hardwood being placed around the steps. My neighbor said his floor installtion was not as good as mine. Will highly recommend to friends and neighbours

Only planned on replacing the wooden curbing with concrete curbing but got a good deal if I did the driveway together with my neighbour.Driveways ripped up May 4/06 to be completed in 6-8 weeks, after numerous calls & broken promises paved Sept6/06. Driveway very flexible,a lot pitting, loosing a lot of sand, numerous rust spot (a screw has since dislodged from one of the rust spots)Two of the curbing blocks have also cracked. Wrote letter Nov 1/07 voicing my concerns no response to date.

I did brand comparison shopping, Trane was more expensive than the others but I felt I would get better service. Joe was great, he provided choices and even suggested rearranging appliances in laundry room to provide more space. The 3 man crew was skilled & professional, working quickly & efficiently. They were careful not to dirty the house,took shoes off when working upstairs. The new furnace, air conditoner,water heater & duct work were installed in one day. The furnace is very quiet & temperature is now consistent throughout the house.The crew left the place clean moved back the washer & dryer(levelled them too). I am very happy with the installation & have recommended the company to others. Warranty offered was best in industry. Service was second to none.
