From start to finish, the service was very pleasant. The company was accommodating in scheduling a technician with reasonable 2-hour windows. They maintained communication with text updates, and though there was a rescheduling due to the technician taking longer on the prior job, the company dispatched another technician, Paul, and successfully resolved the issue. Their diagnostic is honest and charge a reasonable rate. From this experience I have no hesitation to recommend them. Case in point, an HVAC at another condo has just come up and I have no hesitation reaching out to them to service it.

What I’m about to write will echo the sentiments of Gary’s past clients. Communication with Gary was prompt and smooth. After the initial quote there was some uncertainty with colour selection on our end but Gary was patient and accommodating to help us make our selection with confidence. On the day of the work we had a great crew of three gents: Trevor, Dimtri and Alan. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and completed the scope in one day. Kudos! Gary checked in that evening and followed up in person a few days later. Prior to choosing Gary's company I was comforted based on the many positive experiences his company has earned. The takeaway? I now fall into that same category and happily recommend the same.

Gancy stands by his word. He is discreet, knowledgeable, thorough and very professional. I've recommended him to my immediate neighbours and knowing how determined these little pests are at finding a warm place to make their home, I will call on Gancy again if/when the need arises. It can be very unsettling to have your ceilings cut up, however, you can rest assured that Hossein and his crew will take great care and precision in taking measurements and laser-lining up those locations. They are efficient, friendly and do a good job at cleaning up afterwards. Well done! I look forward to having more lights installed by your crew in the future and will recommend you in a heartbeat. By the way, the painters that came in the next day were complimenting how good the work and lined up the lights were.

A stacked washer would not drain in the middle of a wash. Alex had a couple of theories and thoroughly explained them over the phone before I confirmed booking his time to diagnose it. His schedule was booked but was still accommodating to fit me in. Although Alex fell ill on the day of the service call, Oleg promptly filled in and efficiently identified and fixed the problem. Both gentlemen are very enthusiastic and passionate with their work. I would recommended them again. Well done!
