He kindly helped us select the right colour shingles for our home that ended up being perfect. The charcoal grey shingles have just the right amount of contrast from our white brick house. I needed a space saving solution for my kitchen cabinets and got a couple estimates for gliding shelves and ultmately went with Dan. He is responsive, prompt, professional and honest. He provided me with suggestions that were best for my cabinet space, even though it meant less work for him. I needed a plumber to inspect my water meter, after a bit of a flood in the basement and stop a toilet from constantly running. I was immediately impressed and hoped it wasn't a 'too good to be true' story. Rickey quickly made himself available and assessed the problem in no time. He explained everything to me in layman's terms so I could understand and his cost was very reasonable. Further, I mentioned a concern I had about a toilet that was constantly running and it rocked from side to side!! I asked if it would be best to buy a new toilet, and he told me he could repair it to work perfectly without the extra cost. Just as I thought we would schedule a day for the work to get done, he went out to his truck, brought in some tools, a few parts and before I knew it, everything was fixed and working better than ever - 100% Furthermore, he left me with good advice and helpful tips at no extra cost! Rickey is extremely pleasant, honest, trustworthy, punctual, dependable, and does quality work at an affordable price. I am very happy to say I have found my plumber of choice!!
