Bonded Leather Couch Cracking I purchased a new bonded leather couch last year with a 4 year extra warranty against cracking, rips, peeling. Couch is now peeeling. I called Badboy Nov 25 2014. They cam out to look at it the week after. hey contact me just before Christmas to inform me that they will call me the first week after the holidays to arrange a date for pick up a repair.Its now Jan 19 2015 and with may phone calls to their head office asking for action. Im still waiting. These guys keep promising me that someone would call me but still no phone call. Next state of action from me will be small claims and New Papers. Please DO NOT BUT FROM BADBOY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!
