Requiring little direction, Connie always seems to know exactly what we want or need before we even tell her! As home decor can be an overwhelming experience, it certainly makes a difference when a client and their designer are on the same page.
As an experienced design professional, Connie devotes a significant amount of time on her job sites, which ensures seamless communication with tradesmen and contractors completing their work in a timely manner.
Our most recent project with CD Designs was with the resale home our family currently resides in. Although this house had the floor plan we had always envisioned, the traditional home design and ornate finishings did not coincide with our personal taste. Suffice to say, she had her work cut out for her. Connie did an amazing job transforming our home to a more transitional look. With Connie's dedication to detail, the house was totally revamped.She removed all the heavy draperies from the windows and had California shutters installed. She also suggested different paint colours for the walls and helped us with selecting new lighting. To make our home more efficient, she designed a beautiful new island for the kitchen and redesigned the laundry room. She then helped with the furnishing of every room in the house! With Connie’s commitment and expertise our new house soon became our “home”.
