After posting my issue (sump pump failure and frozen discharge pipe) on Home Stars, Alex reached out to me promptly. He's extremely friendly and explained the issue to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. I sent a few images of the issue and he assessed it even before seeing the issue in person. It's obvious Alex knows his stuff!! When he arrived, he was incredibly professional and took care of the issue. I could not be happier! Joe and Remo were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Everything was described in detail and followed-through from the very first meeting to the final handshake once the job was completed. They were always there to answer any question I had. Watching the actual paving portion of the job was incredible. These guys and their crew are naturals. Everyone on the crew knew exactly what they were doing every step of the way and were extremely cordial right from the start. I will be contacting them again for a future interlocking job I'm thinking of having done in my backyard. A+++++++++++++++
