Giorgio came to my home on very short notice during the Christmas holidays. He gave us a very reasonable quote and completed the job all within a very limited timeframe. He was prompt and efficient. His experience and efficiency makes him a true professional.Giorgio gave us useful information that will assist us in our future renovations. In this day and age where customer service is critical, you can rest assured with the quality of his workmanship. We will continue to use him for future work and absolutely refer him to others.

Called Arby on New Years Eve (yes, New Years Eve) with a request for a pick up and delivery for Jan3rd. Not only did he answer his phone that night but he made all the arrangements, called me back and confirmed the whole request within an hour. That's service!! He was at the location of pick up before I even got there. He assessed the items to ensure he had all the appropriate blankets/tools to protect my furniture. Arby, along with his worker made sure that the furniture was moved out of a very tight area without damaging my furniture or the walls of the home. His service was absolutely professional, courteous, and more importantly took extreme care of the large pieces of furniture as though it was his own. I will absolutely use him again and again. He definitely got my business and I would be more than happy to recommend him to friends and family. The bonus is that he was very reasonably priced too!!

Anthony came to my home and gave us design ideas in order to accommodate all of my kitchen needs. We then sat down and designed the kitchen followed by chosing specific wood and cabinetry. The end result was magnificent!! A high end kitchen at a great price. Anthony and all his staff took the time to answer each and every question that I had. He even called me when the cabinets were being stained in order to ensure that I was happy with the colour. There were minor touchups with immediate results. He and his staff came and resolved everything. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks Anthony and all your staff!!

After interviewing several companies to complete our addition we chose Design2Build - what a mistake. We hired Mr.Hannah who was from Design2Build to be the general for this project. ..well he got 2 guys to try to build a house. They were completely rude, unprofessional and unbelievably ignorant. My husband would have to review their work daily and tell them all the "mistakes" that had to be corrected. When we would approach Mr.Hannah to explain we felt the project's integrity was being jeopardized he refused to listen. Instead he came to us and told us he needs more money - Absolutely not. We got a lawyer and had to remove them from the job. We lost a ton of money in this job not to mention the money we now had to dish out to fix all the problems. The inspectors even asked us if we picked these guys up from some corner. The house was finally completed by contractors that valued their reputation and more importantly valued their customers. Never again would I use them. Later, we found out from our lawyer that the company had done this to several other people.
